Static Mixer
Static Mixers are highly-engineered motionless mixing devices that allow for the continuous blending of fluids within a pipeline. With no moving parts, static mixers utilize the energy of the flow stream to generate consistent, cost-effective, and reliable mixing. The energy needed for mixing comes from a loss in pressure as fluids flow through the static mixer. Typical construction materials for static mixer components included stainless steel, polypropylene, Teflon, PVDF, PVC, CPVC and polyacetal.
The system is a best solution for any online mixing application. Compared to conventional mixing by using stirrer/agitator is an old fashioned technology, which is not cost effective and consumes more energy as compared to static mixer. Static Mixer is extremely compact and efficient compared to regular systems, clog free, handles shock loading, ready to be operated and online applicable.
Static Mixer
The industry standard for chemical dilution systems and OEM applications, this mixer is available from 3/8“-2” diameter with 6 and 12 mixing elements and male NPT ends.
½“-2”mixers are in stock with 6 or 12 mixing elements and male threaded ends. Flanged mixers are available in standard sizes up to 12”, with larger sizes available upon request.
1/2“-1” mixers are offered in PFA Teflon up to 12 mixing elements and male threaded ends. Flanged mixers are Teflon lined steel with either Teflon or Hastelloy mixing elements.
Designed for viscous fluids where it is advantageous to split and fold the products to achieve a blended output. This element design is available in most of our mixer series.
Constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel with a sanitary finish, these mixers are available with a blade or helical design mixing element. We make sizes from 1/2“-4” diameter.
These mixers are constructed of 316L stainless steel from 3/16“- 1/2” O.D. tube. Typical uses include all viscosities such as epoxy blending, laboratory use and pilot plant applications.
Our non-clog mixer has become the industry standard for blending polymer with sludge prior to a filter press or centrifuge. Polymer savings of 30-40% are not common.
We make 1/4“-2” diameter mixers with 6 or 12 mixing elements, in both 304 and 316 stainless steel, with male threaded ends.
Standard materials of construction include carbon steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel.
Primarily designed for the water/wastewater industries using large volume for coagulation. We make up to 48’’ diameter.
We make 1/2“-2” solid un-pigmented Kynar mixers up to 12 mixing elements and male threaded ends. Flanged mixers are Kynar lined steel with solid Kynar mixing elements.
Our filament wound vinyl ester housings have hand laid elements monolithically bonded to the pipe wall. Sizes range from 4“-36” with pressure ratings up to 150 psi.
